Each player is permitted to hold only one jlj2 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension from the platform.

jlj2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
To access the full features of jlj2, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on jlj2. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jlj2 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlj2 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify jlj2 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jlj2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
jlj2 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
jlj2 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jlj2 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks.
jlj2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.
jlj2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
jlj2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
All games available on jlj2 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
jlj2 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. jlj2 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) rates.
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, jlj2 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wager amounts. jlj2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlj2 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the jlj2 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of jlj2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlj2.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlj2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
jlj2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlj2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlj2 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and jlj2 cannot guarantee absolute security.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, jlj2 will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting jlj2 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
jlj2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlj2 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to jlj2's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
